Quinborne Choir presents an atmospheric programme of classical and contemporary Christmas choral music, featuring:

Benjamin Britten — A Ceremony of Carols
Reena Esmail — A Winter Breviary
Bob Chilcott — On Christmas Night

The concert will also include well-known Christmas carols for audience participation.

Doors

The doors will open at 6.30 pm. The concert will begin at 7.00pm.

Seating

Seating is unreserved, so please arrive in good time if you would like the widest choice of seats.

Parking and public transport

The church has a small car park, and street parking is available on nearby roads. Please park considerately and observe any local restrictions.

The number 24 bus serves the Court Oak area and runs from Birmingham city centre via Five Ways and Harborne. As routes and timetables may change before the concert, please check your journey using the Transport for West Midlands Journey Planner before travelling.

Interval refreshments

There will be a 20-minute interval. Tea and coffee will be available at no extra charge.

A selection of biscuits, cakes and other snacks will also be available in return for donations.

Accessibility

Step-free access is available via a ramp leading to a side entrance on the car-park side of the church, opposite the main entrance.

If you expect to use this entrance, please contact us beforehand by email or through the contact form on our website, if possible, so that we can arrange for the door to be opened for you. We will also monitor the entrance as people arrive and assist anyone waiting there.

Alternatively, please ask a choir member for assistance when you arrive. Choir members will be wearing black and distinctive ties/scarves and will be happy to help.

There is one accessible toilet at the church.
